Flu Vaccine Information 2010-2011

• Flu Vaccine will contain H1N1 this year.
• By January 1, 2011 and each January therafter, children aged 6-59 months attending a child day care center, group day care home, or family day care home are REQUIRED to receive at least 1 dose of influenza vaccine between September 1 and December 31 of the preceding year.  Children enrolling between January 1 and March 31 are REQUIRED to receive influenza vaccine prior to day care entry.

The CDC and the Pedi-Care doctors recommend that all children 6 mos through 18 yrs get vaccinated.
